Are you wondering if you are showing signs of BOTH and ? Comorbidity is a term in psychology for when two or multiple mental disorders are present at the same time in a singular individual. Certain disorders like and tend to occur together. The same for ADHD and anxiety as well as other very similar mental illnesses. Even if you are not officially diagnosed with both disorders, you can still show symptoms of two or more different disorders.
