Mission Statement

We are a family of many hearts committed to educating ourselves and others on the different faces and phases of panic disorder. We have built our reputation as both a compassionate and informative source for anxiety, panic disorder and agoraphobia.

Our goal is to be a strong, united voice for those who have suffered too long in silence and shame. We are not as concerned with being the leading authority on anxiety as we are with ensuring that everyone receives the help they need,
giving all we can to the best of our individual and collective abilities.

We are motivated and inspired by each other's triumphs and trials to create new goals and scale new heights, regardless of our levels of anxiety or recovery.
We are a unique team of individuals providing encouragement and support by utilizing our tools and trusting ourselves, step by step and hand in hand...

We advocate knowledge as power on your road to recovery and we base our principles on this:

We provide a hand extended in help for each one extended for help...

We believe each baby step adds up to miles and miles of accomplishment...

We introduce you to tools of diffusing and deflecting anxiety...

We listen and we respond by sharing what we have learned...

We focus on teamwork- your courage and our encouragement...

We champion your right to find the treatment that works best for you...

We reassure you that you are not alone...

We are committed to becoming the best online support group possible.. All of our resources, understanding and encouragement will reflect and strengthen this commitment to ourselves and each other, step by step and hand in hand...
